This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses AurDesk, a product of EWARDS ENGAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
Prohibited uses
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes anyone's rights.
- Sending business-initiated WhatsApp, SMS or email messages to people who have not given the consent the law and the channel provider's policies require, or ignoring a request to stop.
- Uploading malware, or content you do not have the right to share.
- Attempting to access another organisation's data, probe, scan or disrupt the service, or bypass security controls.
- Reverse-engineering the service, or reselling access without our written agreement.
- Using the service to harass, threaten, defraud or defame anyone.
Messaging channels
Customers must follow the policies of the channel providers they connect, including the WhatsApp Business and Commerce Policies. Repeated complaints, low-quality ratings or blocks from recipients may lead us to suspend a channel to protect the customer's number and other customers.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. We may remove content, suspend or terminate access, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where practical we will give notice and a chance to fix the issue first.
