About

We built AurDesk because our own day was scattered.

Client asks on WhatsApp, approvals in forwarded emails, promises in people's heads. We are a software company that sells to retail and food brands, and this is the tool we needed to run ourselves.

Where it comes from

EWARDS ENGAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED runs a customer-engagement and loyalty platform for retail and food-and-beverage brands. Supporting those brands meant hundreds of requests a week across email, WhatsApp and calls, finance approvals for every refund or discount, and a founder who was the escalation path for everything.

AurDesk began as our internal desk. It grew into a multi-tenant product because the problem is not special to us: any company whose day is made of requests, approvals and promises ends up with the same forty chat groups and six inboxes.

What we believe

  • One screen per person. Every employee should start the day on one page that shows what is theirs, not in a feed.
  • Channels are for customers; the workspace is for the team. Clients keep WhatsApp and email. The team answers from one place with ownership and a clock.
  • A trail beats a memory. Approvals, promises and payments live on the record, not in someone's head.
  • AI drafts; people decide. The assistant is grounded in verified facts and measured for accuracy. It never acts alone.
  • Run it ourselves first. Every feature on this site is in daily use inside our own company before we show it to you.

Where it is going

The direction is simple: more of a person's working day inside the same calm screen, and less of it scattered across tools that were never designed to carry a company. We ship weekly; the changelog is public.

Give every person on your team one calm screen.

20 minutes. We will set up a sample workspace with your channels so you see your own day in it.
